In this article we will understand how KP astrology can help us understand and identify when will the time comes for us to sell the property
For property related matter we should see the 4th house and its CSL(Cuspal sub lord)
For the property to be sold we have to see the following:
3rd house as this is the 12th from 4th(we are giving our house for construction)
7th house (this is the builder who is ready to built flats on our property)
11th house(this is the desire of the native to get his flats built)
10th house(this is the 4th from the 7th as the builder will also benefit as he will be getting some flats for the property he has constructed)
So in the DasaBhukti and Antara we should see that the Cuspal sub lord and the Nakshatra lord of the 4th house should be connection to the above significators and along with Mars and Saturn should also be connected as these are the karkas for the landed properties
Now we will take a chart and understand this:
The CSL of the 4th house as per the KP system is :

Here we find that Sub lord is Rahu and Nakshatra lord is Saturn and if these two are connection to 3,5,7,2,11 we can say that during the Dasa-Bhukti-Antara of these significators native will give away his property for development purpose. Let us see:

In the antara of Venus dasa they have approached the builder as Venus is getting connected to 7th house through the sub lord:

And in the month of March 2026 they have vacated the premises and handed over the property to the builder to start construction and now the construction is going on and almost on the verge of completion.
When will it be handed over to the native again:
During the Dasa-Bhukti and Antara of Saturn-Rahu-Mars they will get the possession of their flats as we find that the Saturn is owning the 4th house while Rahu is not connecting to 4th house hence we have to see other Bhukti and antara to see the outcome
Here after Oct 2026 we find that Saturn-Jupiter is operating and both these lords are connected to 4th house either through nakshatra lords or sub lords..
